Attorney O'Hara has been engaged in the general practice of law in Connecticut for over 29 years. He graduated from Fairfield University cum laude in 1991 where he was inducted into the Jesuit National Honor Society, Alpha Sigma Nu; and Quinnipiac University School of Law in 1994, where he received the Arnold J. Bai Award for Excellence in Advocacy. He has practiced before state and federal courts throughout Connecticut, including the following cases: State v. Allen, 32 Conn. App. 908 (1993); In re Kujan, 286 B.R. 216 (Conn. 2002); Cevallos v. City of Bridgeport, 2010 Ct. Sup. 18703 (2010); Plymouth Park Tax Services, LLC v. Alejos, 2015 Ct. Sup. 1268 (2015). Attorney O'Hara has advised businesses, individuals and families in the areas of estate planning, probate, real estate, domestic relations, personal injury law, workers' compensation, corporate law, criminal law, disability law, elder law, landlord-tenant law, and civil litigation.
